Can I return the product after I purchase it?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns or refunds. If you do have any questions regarding your purchase, please reach out.

Will I receive a physical product?

All our products are digital downloads and so you will not receive a physical product. Once purchased, the planners/journals can be downloaded instantly.

How do I download the files?

Once payment has been confirmed, you will receive access to the files immediately and can be downloaded on to your device. Every planner comes with an instruction guide.

What can I use the planners on?

IOS: GoodNotes, Notability, Noteshelf.
Android: XODO, Noteshelf, Penly.
Windows: XODO

Please note, you will have to download/buy these apps yourself, they are NOT included in the purchase.

Can I use the digital planners on OneNote?

The planners DO NOT work on OneNote as they don’t support hyperlinks.
